For the last 15 years, my mission has been to make employees feel seen, valued, and engaged, helping them to improve and develop beyond their expectations. 

Now, I’m extending that mission to individuals who are ready to go beyond and redefine what’s possible for themselves and stepping into the realm of coaching.

I’ve always been drawn to the concept of coaching – it’s about nurturing and revealing, not instructing. For over 15 years, I’ve engaged with people from all walks of life, sparking motivation and helping them see beyond their self-imposed boundaries. While I’m new to formal coaching, my life experiences have equipped me with insights and empathy that are crucial in this role.

Now, I’m excited to launch a 9-week coaching program for two individuals. This journey isn’t about pursuing traditional markers of success. Instead, it’s focused on uncovering your passions, aligning with your values, and mastering your unique abilities. And go beyond limits. 

This coaching experience is all about embracing action. Over the next 9 weeks, we’ll dive deep into understanding your aspirations, tackling obstacles, and transcending limitations. You can anticipate emerging from this program with a lifelong friend, enriched perspectives, and a suite of new strategies to guide your future endeavours.
